Three military ceremonies take place inside the Tower of London every day.

The Tower of London Guard, in conjunction with the Yeomen Warders, are there to protect the Tower and the Crown Jewels.

  • Queen's Guard at Buckingham Palace - Official Start Time - 11:00
  • Windsor Castle Guard Change - Official start time - 11:00
  • The Queen's Life Guard on Horse Guards Parade - 11:00 Monday to Saturday and at 10:00 on Sunday's
  • The Queen's Life Guard Dismount Parade - 16:00 Daily (on the forecourt of Horse Guards).

Always check the schedules for the Changing the Guard ceremony you plan to visit as dates and times can change when the Guards are required for ceremonial or operational duties and due to road closure.
