Photographer: David Whitecross | 2 May 2018
David took these shots of the preparation for the Changing of the Guard at Wellington Barracks, where he was a guest, on a rather wet day that saw the Scots Guards led by the Band of the Coldstream Guards march to the Palace.
Both the Band of the Coldstream Guards and Royal Regiment of Scotland returned to barracks after the ceremony leaving the Old Guard and St James's Palace Detachment to march in silent mode.
